Do you offer OEM and ODM infrared heat lamps?
Yes. With more than 10 years of OEM experience we build lamps to your drawing or sample, including voltage, wattage, heated length, overall length, single or twin tube, reflector coating, terminals and lead wires. Buyer labels and custom packaging are available.
What information do you need to make a custom lamp?
Rated voltage, wattage, heated length, overall length, tube profile (round, twin, ruby, etc.), coating type, cap or connector style, lead wire length, application and estimated annual quantity. A drawing, photo of the old lamp's markings or a returned sample shortens engineering time.
Halogen short-wave or carbon fiber — which should I choose?
Short-wave halogen (peak ~1.0–1.2 µm) penetrates deeper and suits PET preforms, metal parts and automotive paint. Carbon fiber medium-wave (~2 µm) is absorbed efficiently by water, plastics and thin coatings, so it often dries faster with less energy on those materials. Send us your material and line speed and we will recommend the right emitter.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Most standard infrared lamps and quartz parts start from 8–10 pieces, which makes trial orders and spare-part purchases practical. Fully customized items are confirmed after drawing review.
Which delivery terms and markets do you support?
We ship under FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW and DDP. Around 81–90% of our output is exported, with long-term buyers in Germany, the Netherlands, Japan, Korea, the USA, South America, Southeast Asia and Africa.
